Elkészítés:


Mossuk meg, majd sós vízben főzzük meg a rizst és szűrjük le.

Vágjuk kis kockákra a megtisztított paprikát és a sárgarépát. A sárgarépát főzzük meg egy kevés sós vízben.
Melegítsük fel az olajat serpenyőben.
Keverjük fel a tojásokat, majd öntsük az olajra. Adjuk hozzá a felvágott zöldségeket, borsót és rizst, közben folyamatosan kevergessük.

Ízesítsük világos szójaszósszal, majd díszítsük apróra vágott korianderrel.


Hozzávalók:


300 g rizs
70 g zöldborsó
2 db paprika
1 db sárgarépa közepes
2 db tojás
2 evőkanál világos szójaszósz
1 csokor koriander zöld
2 evőkanál olaj
só
