Elkészítés:


Melegítsük elő a sütőt 200 fokra. A krumplit mossuk meg és töröljük szárazra.

A leveskockákat törjük szét egy kevés olívaolajban, majd lazítsuk fel pár evőkanál még több olívaolaj hozzáadásával. Jól keverjük össze a krumplival.

Tegyük a krumplit egy hőálló tálba. Tegyünk mellé rozmaring ágat és fokhagymát. Majd helyezzük a sütőbe és süssük kb. fél órát, vagy amíg puha nem lesz.


Hozzávalók:


1 kg újburgonya
4 gerezd fokhagyma
2 db tyúkhúsleves kocka
10 cm rozmaring ág
5-6 ek. extra szűz olívaolaj
