Paradicsomos rizs

Elkészítés:


A paradicsomot vágjuk fel, a hagymát, paprikát, kolbászt, szalonnát vágjuk kockára.

Egy serpenyőben olajon pirítsuk meg a szalonnát és a kolbászt. Ha a zsír kiolvadt, adjuk hozzá a hagymát és a paprikát, majd süssük pár percig.

Adjuk hozzá az átmosott rizst és addig süssük, amíg fénylővé nem válik. Ezután adjuk hozzá a paradicsomot és keverjük össze.

Az egészet öntsük fel meleg vízzel annyira, hogy az egy centire betakarja az egész rizst, a zöldségeket és a húsokat.
Adjuk hozzá a marhahús levesalapot és jól keverjük össze.

Lassan főzzük, amíg a rizs majdnem az egész levet magába szívja. Ezután takarjuk le, vegyük lejjebb a lángot és főzzük lassan még 10 percig. Majd vegyük le a tűzről és fedő alatt tartsuk még további 5 percig.

300 g rizs
10 dkg szalonna
20 dkg kolbász füstölt
200 g paradicsom konzerv
2 db vöröshagyma
1 db paprika vörös színű
1 db marhahús levesalap
40 ml olaj
