Elkészítés:


Tisztítsuk meg a gombát, alaposan mossuk át és szárítsuk meg.
A nagy gombákat vágjuk csíkokra, a kicsiket hagyjuk egészben.

Pucoljuk meg a hagymát, vágjuk fel és üvegesítsük meg a fele mennyiségű margarinon.
Adjuk hozzá a zúzott fokhagymát, a gombát, sót és borsot.
Oldjuk fel a marhahúsleves kockát egy pohár forró vízben, majd öntsük le vele a gombát és pároljuk kb. 30 percig.
Adjuk a maradék margarint a pároláshoz és főzzük még 3-4 percig.

1 fej hagyma
1 db zúzott gerezd fokhagyma
5 dkg margarin
1 db marhahúsleves kocka
