Gesztenyés káposztaleves

Elkészítés:


Behasítjuk a gesztenyéket, forró sós vízben 20 percig héjastól fõzzük, majd leszûrjük, és hagyjuk száradni. Amikor kihûlt, meghámozzuk. A szalonnát kockákra vágjuk, és kivajazott serpenyõben megpirítjuk. Beletesszük a darabokra vágott káposztát, sózzuk, borsozzuk, ráöntjük a húslevest meg a szójaszószt, és belerakjuk a gesztenyét. Kislángon, néha megkeverve 15 percig fõzzük.


Hozzávalók:


- 1 kis fej káposzta
- 20 dkg császárszalonna
- 2 evõkanál vaj
- 25 dkg gesztenye
- fél evõkanál szójaszósz
- 5 dl zöldségleves (leveskockából)
- õrölt bors
- só
