Elkészítés:


Az olvasztott vajban megfuttatom az apróra vágott hagymát, majd hozzáadom a kisebb rózsáira szedett brokkolit, és felöntöm másfél liter zöldséglevessel. Amikor felforrt, sóval, borssal, szerecsendióval, petrezselyemmel fûszerezem, és lassú tûzön kicsit roppanósra fõzöm. A levesbetéthez a fõtt kölest, a szitán áttört túrót villával jól összepépesítem, majd hozzáadom a tojást. Sóval, borssal, zúzott fokhagymával ízesítem, és annyi lisztet szórok hozzá, hogy könnyen keverhetõ masszát kapjak. Ezután 10 percig pihentetem, és két, vízbe mártott evõkanállal megformázva, a forrásban lévõ zöldséglevesbe teszem. Végül fedõvel letakarva, lassú tûzön 10-15 perc alatt megfõzöm. Tálaláskor a galuskát tányérokba szedem, és rámerem a forró levest.


Hozzávalók:


- 3 dkg vaj
- 1 kis fej vöröshagyma
- 1 közepes fej brokkoli
- zöldségleves
- 1 késhegynyi õrölt szerecsendió
- 1 csokor petrezselyem
- só, õrölt bors

a levesbetéthez:
- 20 dkg fõtt köles
- 10 dkg tehéntúró
- 1 tojás
- 1 nagyobb gerezd fokhagyma
- liszt
- 1 liter zöldségleves
- só, õrölt bors
