Elkészítés:


A paprikákat hosszában kettévágjuk, úgy, hogy a szárakat is éppen kettéosszuk. A magokat kiszedjük, és a paprikákat sós vízben 5 percig fõzzük (blansírozzuk). Lecsöpögtetjük, majd kihûtjük. A mazsolát 2-3 percig meleg vízben áztatjuk, majd lecsöpögtetjük. A fetát nagyobb darabokra tördeljük, hozzáadjuk a citromlevet, a kaprot, a pisztáciát, a mazsolát, kevés sót és borsot. Óvatosan összekeverjük, majd a paprikákba töltjük. Kaporral díszítve tálaljuk.


Hozzávalók:


- 6 paprika
- 5 dkg mazsola
- 20 dkg feta sajt
- fél citrom (leve)
- 1 csokor kapor (apróra vágott)
- 7,5 dkg pisztácia
- õrölt bors
- só
