Elkészítés:


A póréhagymát kisebb darabokra vágjuk, és a vajban 5 percig pároljuk. Sóval, borssal ízesítjük, a húslevessel meglocsoljuk, majd még 20-25 percig fedõ alatt pároljuk. Amikor kész, lecsöpögtetjük. A tejszínt szerecsendióval, sóval, borssal ízesítve felforraljuk, hozzákeverjük a keményítõt, és kislángon sûrûre fõzzük. A tûzrõl levesszük, és a sajt negyedét belekeverjük. A sonkát felkockázzuk. Mély tepsit kivajazunk, beleszórjuk a póréhagymát és a sonkakockákat, ráöntjük a szószt, és a maradék sajttal megszórjuk. Forró sütõben addig pirítjuk, amíg a sajt ráolvad. Burgonyapürével tálaljuk


Hozzávalók:


- 1 kg póréhagyma (fehér része)
- 3 dkg vaj
- 2,5 dl tyúkhúsleves (leveskockából)
- 2 dl tejszín
- 2 evõkanál kukoricakeményítõ
- 25 dkg reszelt sajt
- 1 szelet fõtt sonka
- õrölt szerecsendió
- õrölt bors
- só
