A darált húst a forró olajban fehéredésig sütjük, majd hozzáadjuk a vékony karikákra szeletelt burgonyát, sózzuk, borsozzuk, és 5 percig lassú tûzön kevergetve kicsit megpároljuk, összesütjük. Ezután a húsos burgonyát egy hõálló tepsi alján elosztjuk. Megszórjuk a vékony csíkokra vágott paprikával, a levétõl kinyomkodott spenóttal, és megkenjük a puha krémsajttal. Az alapot a tejszínnel elkeverjük, 3 percig állni hagyjuk, majd a spenótos burgonyára öntjük, és 180 °C-os sütõben 35-40 perc alatt pirosra sütjük. Kockákra vágva, forrón tálaljuk.


Hozzávalók:


- 20 dkg darált hús
- 40 dkg burgonya
- 3 evõkanál olívaolaj
- só, õrölt bors
- 1 pritamin paprika
- 20 dkg forrázott parajlevél
- 10 dkg natúr krémsajt
- 1 tasak Csõben sült burgonya alap
- 2 dl fõzõtejszín
