Elkészítés:


A forró olajban futtassuk meg az apróra vágott hagymát, adjuk hozzá a vékony félkarikákra szeletelt cukkinit, és pár perc alatt pirítsuk össze. Öntsük fel a zöldséglevessel, és közepes tûzön fõzzük majdnem készre. A lisztbõl, tejfölbõl kevés vízzel készítsünk habarást, kevés forró lével keverjük el, és öntsük a leveshez. Amikor felforrt, lassú tûzön fõzzük 2-3 percig, ízesítsük sóval, borssal, bazsalikommal, majd húzzuk le a tûzrõl. Forrón szedjük tányérokba, szórjuk meg a reszelt füstölt sajttal, és bazsalikommal díszítve tálaljuk.


Hozzávalók:


- 2 közepes cukkini
- 1,4 liter zöldségleves
- 1 kis fej vöröshagyma
- 2 evõkanál liszt
- 1 dl tejföl
- fél dl olívaolaj
- 2-3 szál friss bazsalikom
- 8 dkg füstölt sajt
- só, õrölt bors
