A pulykahúst hosszú, vékony szeletekre vágjuk. Az uborkát felkockázzuk. A paradicsomok belsejét kikaparjuk, húsukat felkockázzuk, majd az uborkadarabokkal együtt itatóspapírra tesszük. A tésztát sós vízben kifõzzük. A tojásokat sóval, borssal felverjük, és 1 evõkanál olajban omlettet sütünk belõlük, majd a kész omlettet hosszú, vékony szeletekre vágjuk. 5 evõkanál olajban megpároljuk a finomra vágott hagymát, a zúzott fokhagymát, a pulykacsíkokat és a rákokat. Sóval, borssal megszórjuk, és kevergetve 5 percig erõs tûzön pirítjuk. Hozzáadjuk a tésztát, kevés paprikaolajat és a szójaszószt. Óvatosan összekeverjük, és elõmelegített tányérokra osztjuk. Az omlettcsíkokkal, az uborka- és paradicsomdarabokkal megszórva tálaljuk.

- 2 tojás
- 1 fej vöröshagyma
- 1 gerezd fokhagyma
- olaj
- csípõs paprikaolaj
- szójaszósz
- 1 rákkonzerv (elhagyható)
- õrölt bors
- só
