Elkészítés:


Lobogó, sós vízben kifõzzzük a tésztát. Közben elkészítjük az öntetet. Egy kis tálba tesszük a csíkokra vágott aszalt paradicsomot és a bazsalikomot, a felaprított fokhagymát meg a fenyõmagot, majd az egészet bõségesen meglocsoljuk olívaolajjal A kifõtt tésztát leszûrjük, ráöntjük az olajat, és azonnal tálaljuk.


Hozzávalók:


- 40 dkg szélesmetélt tészta
- 10-12 szem aszalt paradicsom
- egy marék friss bazsalikomlevél
- 2 gerezd fokhagyma
- 1 dl olívaolaj
- fenyõmag
