Elkészítés:


Ruganyos tésztát gyúrunk a lisztbôl, az élesztõbõl, a sóból, 2 kanál olívaolajból és a vízbõl. Minimum két órát kelesztjük a tésztát, ekkor újra átgyúrjuk, és még legalább fél óráig állni hagyjuk. Minél hosszabb ideig kel a tészta, annál finomabb lesz. 1 cm vastagra kinyújtjuk a tésztát, paradicsomokat nyomkodunk a tetejére, majd forró sütõben 10-15 perc alatt készre sütjük. Ha a paradicsomok nagyon pirulni kezdenek, alufóliadarabbal lazán fedjük be a lepény tetejét. A kisült tésztát meglocsoljuk fokhagymás-petrezselymes olívaolajjal


Hozzávalók:


- 40 dkg liszt
- 10 dkg durumliszt
- 7 g szárított élesztõ
- 8-10 szem aszalt paradicsom
- olívaolaj
- 3 dl langyos víz
- 2 gerezd fokhagyma
- petrezselyem
- só
