Elkészítés:


A mellfiléket éles késsel szúrjuk fel, sózzuk, borsozzuk, és töltsük meg a meghámozott, kimagozott barackokkal. A végeit fogvájóval tûzzük össze, kenjük be mustárral, és szórjuk meg a felaprított citromfû felével. Amikor elkészült, a forró olajban közepes tûzön minden oldalukat süssük pirosra. A visszamaradt pecsenyeszaftban futtassuk meg a félbevágott krumplikat, öntsük hozzá a tejszínt, szórjuk meg sóval, borssal, petrezselyemmel, és közepes tûzön addig pároljuk, míg a szaftja kicsit besûrûsödik. Tálaláskor a tejszínes burgonyát halmozzuk tányérra, és fektessük mellé a félbevágott barackos csirkemellet.


Hozzávalók:


- 4 csirkemellfilé
- 4 õszibarack
- 1 evõkanál mustár
- fél csokor citromfû
- 0,7 dl olaj
- 60 dkg héjában fõtt, tisztított apró burgonya
- 2 dl tejszín
- fél csokor petrezselyem
- só, õrölt bors
