Elkészítés:


Az ananászkockákat a korianderrel és a pirospaprikával turmixoljuk. A hús vastag részén éles késsel \\\"zsebet\\\" vágunk, kívül-belül sóval és borssal megszórjuk, és az ananászpürével megtöltjük. Vajjal kikent tepsibe tesszük, a maradék ananászkrémmel meglocsoljuk, és készre sütjük. A rizst sós vízben megfõzzük, majd lecsöpögtetjük. A töltött húst tányérokra tesszük, szósszal meglocsoljuk, rizzsel körítjük, és korianderrel díszítjük.


Hozzávalók:


- 4 csirkemellfilé
- 1 ananász (darabolt, konzerv)
- 20 dkg rizs
- 1 teáskanál õrölt koriander
- pirospaprika
- 1 banán
- õrölt bors
- só
