Az almákat meghámozzuk, és vékonyan felszeleteljük. A csirkét vékony csíkokra vágjuk. Wokban vagy nagy serpenyõben felforrósítjuk az olajat, és megpirítjuk benne a húst, majd kivesszük. A vajat az olajhoz adjuk, és az almákat a cukorral aranyszínûre pirítjuk benne. A konyakkal meglocsoljuk, és addig fõzzük, míg minden leve elfõ. Belekeverjük a tejszínt meg a mustárt, és összefõzzük. Végül a húst a szószba tesszük, felforraljuk, és néhány percig fõzzük. Sóval és borssal ízesítjük, majd tálaljuk.
