A tésztához az élesztõt futassuk fel a langyos, cukros tejben, majd a többi hozzávalóval együtt gyúrjuk össze, és hagyjuk pihenni. A töltelékhez hámozzuk meg, magozzuk ki, és szeleteljük fel az almákat. Készítsünk fahéjas, szegfûszeges cukorszirupot, és fõzzük meg benne az almaszeleteket., majd hagyjuk kihûlni. Amikor a tészta megkelt, tépkedjünk belõle kis darabokat, huzogassuk ki lapocskákra, töltsük meg az almakompóttal, és formázzunk belõlük gombócokat. A málnalekvárt kevés vízzel hígítva melegítsük fel, hogy folyékony legyen. A gombócokat bõ, forró olajban süssük meg, és fahéjas porcukorral megszórva, a málnaöntettel meglocsolva tálaljuk.

a tésztához:
- 25 dkg liszt
- 1 tojás
- 1-1 narancs és citrom (reszelt héja)
- 1 dl tej
- 2 dkg cukor
- 2 dkg élesztõ

a töltelékhez:
- 2 alma
- 10 dkg cukor
- fahéj
- szegfûszeg
- 5 dkg fahéjas porcukor
- olaj, a sütéshez

az öntethez:
- málnalekvár
