Elkészítés:


A cukrot a margarinnal habosra keverjük, majd hozzáadjuk a tojást. A lisztet elvegyítjük az élesztõporral, a sóval, a reszelt citromhéjjal, majd apránként a krémhez keverjük. Az áfonyaszemeket kevés lisztben meghempergetjük, és óvatosan (ne törjenek össze!) a tésztába keverjük. Margarinnal kikent kis formákba öntjük a masszát. Forró sütõben 10 percig sütjük, majd mérsékeljük a tüzet, és még 20 percig sütjük. Tûpróbával ellenõrizzük, hogy megsült-e. A formákban hagyjuk kihûlni.

- 20 dkg áfonya
- 10 dkg cukor
- 3 tojás
- fél tasak élesztõpor
- 1 citrom
- csipetnyi só
